Gyōda City yuru-chara tourism ambassador Ukishiro-chan. Gyōda City's Oshi Castle was surrounded by marshland and appeared to float on the water, so it was called Ukishiro, or “Floating Castle.” Based on Oshi Castle, Ukishiro-chan wears a swim ring. She is a boy who loves Gyōda City's gourmet jelly fries and wears tabi socks. He works hard by appearing at events inside and outside Gyōda City to promote the city.
