Achi Village ski resort character, Kumachi. This yurukyara was created by the three ski resorts in Achi Village and is a polar bear dressed as a skier. Since Kumachi can ski, he appears on the slopes mainly on weekends during the season, and also promotes tourism in Nagano Prefecture and Achi Village.
