Victoire Cheval Blanc Murao III

Victoire Cheval Blanc Murao III is Hakuba Village's character. He apparently came to Hakuba Village from the Pegasus meteor shower in 2012, the year commemorating the 100th anniversary of skiing's arrival in Hakuba Village. His red lips are his charm point, and his wings are handmade, so he apparently cannot fly. He is slightly stooped, but visits various events to promote Hakuba Village. While wishing for Hakuba Village's love and peace, he apparently dreams of becoming village mayor in the future. “Victoire Cheval Blanc” is said to be French for “victorious white horse.”
