I’m Asagi-chan, the mascot character of the 2019 Saga Comprehensive Culture Festival. My bangs represent the shape of Saga Prefecture, and my hair represents Saga’s abundant water resources. I welcome everyone wearing a hoodie featuring the prefectural bird, the magpie, and a skirt inspired by Arita ware♪
