Tourism PR character Tsubo Samurai. He is a boy samurai who apparently was playing long ago, climbed into an Arita ware pot, and came to modern-day Saga Prefecture when he awoke. Saying “Doganshita-to?” to people in trouble, he visits events in various places and works hard in PR activities so that more people will learn about attractive Saga Prefecture and come to visit.
