Tosu City image character Totto-chan. This character was created in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the city administration, based on the Japanese white-eye, the city bird. While promoting Tosu City by creating a picture book with elementary school students, Totto-chan also cheers for Tosu City's soccer team!
