Najirakko is Taiko Bank's character from Niigata Prefecture. The name comes from the Niigata dialect expression “Najira?” (“How is it?”). This otter is proud of its yellow coin purse and its striped tail hidden behind its back. It took a liking to the Nagaoka fireworks and settled in the Shinano River.
