Inakadate Village Rice Paddy Art PR special-assignment section chief Komekome-kun. He is a rice fairy character born from the rice paddy art, created to promote the rice paddy art that has continued in Inakadate Village since 1993 and attracts many visitors, as well as Inakadate Village. Apparently his outfit comes in seven colors. He appears at many events while changing clothes and promotes Inakadate Village, the “birthplace of rice paddy art.”
