Minowa Town character Momiji-chan. After debuting in 1991 as the image character of Minowa Dam, where 10,000 maple trees are planted, Momiji-chan became Minowa Town’s character. Momiji-chan is an energetic fairy girl whose hair and skirt represent maple leaves, her clothes represent the abundant forest, and her blue shoes represent clear water.
