Kochi Prefecture tourism character, Sakamoto Ryōma-kun. This character debuted in February of Heisei 21 to coincide with the Heisei 22 historical drama. After the historical drama and hometown expo ended, he became a Kochi Prefecture tourism character in Heisei 23 and promotes Kochi Prefecture by appearing in posters, events, and various other places.
