The blue cat that brings happiness: Katsuo Nyanko. He was an ordinary cat living in Kochi, but he loved Tosa bonito and thought about it every day. One day, he woke up to find that his body had become like a bonito, and he could swim even though he had been unable to swim before! He is apparently called Katsuo Neko locally.
