Kochi yuru character Tosakenpi is a Tosa dog boy with Harimaya Bridge on his head and an enormous love of Kochi's specialty sweet-potato snack, imokenpi. Together with his companion Konaru, a naruko clapper, he shares information at events and on Twitter so that more people will learn about Kochi's delicious foods and great places.
