Pikkari-chan, the Tatsuno Town Image Character, is a fairy of the Genji firefly, born to commemorate the 50th Hotaru Festival. She has a bright personality like the light from her rear, but is apparently shy as well. Living in Hotaru Children's Song Park, she appears at events in various places to widely promote Tatsuno Town.
