Children's association character, Chibo, where children take the leading role. Chibo was created as a logo mark in Heisei 22 to promote the group's activities to more people, and debuted as a costume character in Heisei 24. Chibo visits child-centered events and facilities such as children's festivals, children's meetings and nursery schools, has become popular with children, and is active after being appointed deputy section chief of the Children's Affairs Department.
