Shinshu-Shinmachi characters, Menko-chan and Ikemēn-kun. Since Shinshu-Shinmachi is famous for Jingisukan, these characters are modeled on sheep. The number hanging from the neck is apparently read as "hitsuji" through a Japanese wordplay. Together with Ikemēn-kun, her younger brother who debuted in April 2016, Menko-chan shares information about Shinshu-Shinmachi's attractions and events on Twitter and Facebook, appears on television, and remains active.
