King of the Nyūzen Kingdom Jumbo~ru III. His official name is apparently “Nyūzen Jumbo~ru Rice Tulip Hidy Deep Sea Water Abalone Nusuikari-an King III,” and he is a king modeled on the Nyūzen Jumbo Watermelon, a specialty of Nyūzen Town. He wears a crown designed with tulips, the town flower, and carries a stick inspired by the town’s spring water and deep seawater. His cloak is apparently removed in summer to suit Cool Biz. Having only recently inherited the throne, the Third promotes the Nyūzen Jumbo Watermelon and Nyūzen Town by sharing the town’s appeal and information on Twitter and elsewhere, while visiting events in various places.
