Shirappan walked from a zoo in Kobe to Himeji. Enchanted by the World Heritage Site Shirasagi Castle (Himeji Castle), Shirappan settled in the castle and serves as its guide and head of the castle beautification committee. Shirappan made the Shirasagi Castle hat and white heron backpack by hand.
