Chicchai Ossan is an unofficial, high-energy local character for Amagasaki City. Chicchai Ossan is a 45-year-old man whose real name is Shinichi Sakata. Always a little tipsy, he appears at events with his wife, children, and pet 八木, working hard to share Amagasaki's attractions and teach "morality."
