Abiko City's mascot character, Unakichi-san of Lake Teganuma. Lake Teganuma is a lake in the Tone River system extending across Abiko City, Kashiwa City, and Inzai City. He usually lives in Lake Teganuma and apparently talks with the birds and fish that gather by the water. In July 2015, he was promoted from a tourism promotion character to Abiko City's mascot character and visits various events to help enliven Abiko City.
