Takeda Hishimaru is the captain of the Fuji no Kuni Yamanashi Tourism Caravan. He is a character modeled on the Kai Ken, wearing a helmet inspired by Takeda Shingen and a bib depicting Mount Fuji. He participates in events to convey Yamanashi's many attractions throughout Japan, not only Mount Fuji.
