Yamanashi tourism ambassador Torimocchan. He is also a promotional character for the Minna-sama no En o Torimotsu-tai, and is eternally 40 years old, with a hobby of eating his way around Kofu chicken giblets stew restaurants. Together with Enmaru-kun, who was born in the Year of the Rooster and is eternally four years old, he participates in events held by the Torimotsu-tai nationwide and in events within the prefecture.
