The tourism PR character of the Tagawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tagawa City Tourism Association. He was created after a design proposed by the youth division of the Tagawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry was selected! The design was created by comedian Bakarhythm (Masuno Hidetomo), who is from Tagawa City. Wanting to help promote his hometown, Bakarhythm came up with everything, from the character design to the character’s name.
