Annaka City mascot character Koume-chan. She is a girl created based on the ume blossom, since Akima Bairin in Annaka City is one of Gunma's three major plum groves. She wears a yukata with a sash bearing the hot-spring symbol, which originated in Annaka City. Her hobby is entering hot springs to improve her feminine qualities, and she is active at many events promoting Annaka City.
