A bear shaped like a tire. He can only move sideways, but doesn't find it particularly inconvenient. He is cautious enough to tap a stone bridge before crossing it. He is especially sensitive to traffic manners. Always smiling, he is known around him as “the Buddha Wakkuma.” He changes his blue overalls once a month for tire safety inspections.
