One day, two wills awoke in a corner of the driving school. Tsukinowa-san is a bear who knows an excessive amount about traffic rules. Taiya-san is a mysterious wheel who speaks in yansu-style speech. Their sole purpose is to eliminate the 300,000 traffic accidents that occur annually from this world. While checking visually with smiles, they continue standing by the roadside today. Motto: “Visual checks with a smile. Occasionally check the meaning of our existence, too.”
