Otsu Festival PR character Chimakichi. Apparently, everyone’s dreams and hopes gather in the chimaki on his head. He is a festival-loving boy spirit born from gathered talismans of exorcising chimaki, and together with the other chimaki companion characters, he helps enliven the Otsu Festival!
