I’m Hirari, the unofficial yuru character of Okuyama in Inasa Town. I’m the youngest of the three tengu brothers passed down at Okuyama Hanshōbō. I’m working hard so that this yuru character, created to revitalize the town, will become known to many people! I cannot speak, but when I’m happy, I twitch my nose to show my joy.
