Oita Prefecture Council of Social Welfare mascot character Daifukun. This character was created with daifuku mochi as its inspiration and apparently represents both bringing great good fortune and forming strong connections with the community. Daifukun is active with a family of seven, including younger sister Ichigo-chan, inspired by strawberry daifuku, and mother Sakura-kaasan, inspired by sakuramochi!
