A mascot character born in 1994 and based on the legend of the Cat Mound in Jōbōji Town, Ninohe City. Perhaps it was ahead of its time; after days spent living in a warehouse, it returned in autumn 2019 at the request of a local rock band. It aims for the pinnacle of a late-blooming success.
