Suidō Kansuke, the Komoro City Waterworks Division’s character, is a waterworks magistrate who protects Komoro City’s water supply. The crest on the chest is the city emblem modeled on a plum blossom, and the character debuted in 2015 with a water pipe as its motif. Under the slogan “Change from within!” Suidō Kansuke works in public-relations activities aimed at sustainable waterworks operations.
