Kimobetsu Town official mascot character Usapara-kun. He was created from a university student’s idea to promote Kimobetsu Town. His right ear is made of green asparagus and his left ear of white asparagus. Living in Kimobetsu Town, he takes part in events inside and outside the town to help more people learn about it.
