Saijo City's water spirit Chappun Jīyan. To enliven Saijo City, which marked 10 years since its merger on November 1, 2014, this character won first place in a citizens' general election and was unveiled at the 10th-anniversary event. His age is eternally 32,324 years, and “Mizumizushii” is said to be easy to remember. He works hard to enliven and promote Saijo City, appearing at events not only in Ehime Prefecture but also in Tokyo.
