Tamaki Town character, Jōnosuke. Like Tamayume, he was created in 1994, when the Matsuri Expo Mie was held, with the stone walls of the ruins of Tamaru Castle, the town's symbol, as his motif. While always watching over Tamaki Town from the Tamaru Castle ruins, he appears at events with Tamayume to promote Tamaki Town.
