Tamaki Town character Tāmu (玉夢) is a fairy boy created in 1994, the year the Matsuri Expo Mie was held, with the town flower, cherry blossoms, as his motif. Inspired by “Tamaki Town’s dreams, future, and hopes,” he appears at various events to promote the town.
