Yumehama-chan

Yumehama-chan, the Kuwana Revitalization Support Character, is a girl created from among designs solicited by the Kuwana Chamber of Commerce and Industry under the theme of Kuwana, the city of clams, in an effort to revitalize Kuwana City using clams as a regional resource. She wears a clam shell on her head, and her clothing expresses the color of the Kiso River's water. As Kuwana City's image character, she shares various information about the city on Twitter and elsewhere while appearing at events and playing an active role.
