To commemorate Kawazu Bagatelle Park's 10th anniversary, he was created in 2011 after being selected from entries submitted nationwide. Forever 10 years old, he promotes Kawazu Bagatelle Park and Kawazu Town while flying around the world on wings made of leaves.
