Ina Rōmen second-generation image character, Rōmen-kun. Ina City has a local noodle dish called rōmen, made by combining mutton, vegetables such as cabbage and tomatoes, and steamed Chinese noodles. Rōmen-kun expresses this rōmen with his entire body! He was created after coming first in the second-generation image character election held in June 2012. He works hard to promote rōmen by appearing at events inside and outside the prefecture.
