Kagurakki~ is Higashikagura Town's mascot character. To commemorate the town's 120th anniversary, a mascot design was solicited nationwide. Kagurakki~ is a fairy selected from the entries in May 2013 and unveiled in August. Since Higashikagura Town develops the town by making use of flowers, flowers such as alstroemeria adorn the character's head, and Kagurakki~ wears a pink, flower-shaped cape. The white body is said to express Hokkaido's snow. Kagurakki~ will appear at various events to promote Kagurachō, the town of flowers.
