Shizuku-chan was created as a lively festival-loving girl. Wearing a Shizukuishi Anekko costume, she takes part in events inside and outside the prefecture to promote Shizukuishi Town, which is full of attractions. She has also been active in winning twice in a contest to determine the number-one character in Iwate Prefecture.
