Tokachi food and tourism PR character Butadonman. He is a boy who was born when the spirit of Tokachi's local dish, pork rice bowl, took human form to promote Tokachi's appeal. In June 2013, he became a prefectural government employee and, as a member of the Tokachi Appeal PR Ambassadors, works to promote Tokachi's many attractions beyond pork rice bowls.
