Bihoro Town's yuru character, Gyūtarō. He has the muscular arm of Bihoro Pass on his left arm, and his light-blue scarf, inspired by the clear stream flowing through the town, is filled with Bihoro's energy, so apparently he cannot summon his strength without it. He is active on behalf of the town, with vegetables grown in Bihoro Town among his favorite foods.
