Ōshū Chamber of Commerce character Hatto-kun. Hatto is a flour dish made by adding water to flour like that used for suiton, kneading it, allowing it to mature, rolling it thin, and boiling it. Apparently, many shops in Ōshū City's shopping districts serve hatto! Hatto-kun is a boy who wears a hat inspired by hatto, carries his own bowl and chopsticks, and apparently loves eating his way around town.
