Happy Kōenji character Happy-kun. Happy-kun was created as the character of the Kōenji Revitalization Team, which published Kōenji's information magazine “HAPPY! Kōenji.” The magazine has ceased publication and is not currently issued, but Happy-kun works to enliven Kōenji by sharing information about Kōenji online and holding the Kōenji Festival, attended by many yuru characters.
