Tokigawa Town mascot characters Dome-kun and No Rabitan. They are two of Tokigawa Town's 11 mascot characters. Dome-kun loves stars and space, so he also works as the character of the Hoshitomidorino Sōzō Center at Dōdaira Astronomical Observatory. No Rabitan is the character of Fureai no Sato Tamagawa, which sells vegetables and other produce harvested in the town, and apparently loves vegetables. Together with Tokinoko-chan, Shōji-kun, Ōno-kun, Mikan-chan, Yasuragi-san, Himokawa-san, Woodman, and Minami-kun, they promote Tokigawa Town's attractions.
