Toda-ga-hara Nature Restoration character Todami-chan was created as the character for efforts to restore the lost landscape of Toda-ga-hara, which once existed along the Arakawa River in the city and where primroses bloomed in spring. As a fairy watching over Toda City's nature, Todami-chan promotes the Toda-ga-hara Nature Restoration Project in many places.
