Kuroro is the Kurodahara mascot character of Nasu Town. Since Kurodahara once had a horse market, he was created in 2010 with a farm horse as his motif and is a male character. After his costume was completed in November 2012, he appeared at many events and became active with Nasu Town's endorsement to promote and liven up Kurodahara.
