Culture-kun is the mascot character of the National Cultural Festival. Selected through a nationwide public competition as the character for the Fuji no Kuni Yamanashi National Cultural Festival, he is an eight-year-old boy created with Mount Fuji and nature as his motifs. He works to share not only the National Cultural Festival but also the appeal of Yamanashi Prefecture!
