Higashiura Town tourism mascot character Odai-chan. She is an eternal five-year-old girl created in 2012 in the image of Tokugawa Ieyasu's mother's childhood. Her hair ornament is the town flower, unohana. The letter H, the town's initial, is incorporated into her kimono pattern to promote the town's attractions!
