Takamatsu-Kotohira Electric Railroad character, Koto-chan. A 20-year-old boy who debuted in 2002 as Takamatsu-Kotohira Electric Railroad's first dolphin station attendant. His girlfriend Kotomichan was introduced in 2003, and they held a wedding ceremony at Kotohira-gu Shrine in 2011 and became a married couple. In 2013, he also became Takamatsu's special dream ambassador. He works hard as a station attendant while eating his beloved Sanuki udon.
