Kaiun Kanae-chan and Kaiun Tamae-chan, fairies who bring good fortune. Kaiun Kanae-chan wears Kaiun Bridge, the symbol of the shopping district in front of Morioka Station, on her head and decorates it with the city's bird, the wagtail. Her hobby is walking around the shopping district, and her favorite food is Morioka jajamiso rice bowl.
